How does BeatVend work for Producers? ​

You make great music, your beats are hard your loops sound unique but you haven't yet figured out how to get into those important rooms with big artists or connect with major a&r's. Or maybe you've have already some success  with a few placements but you're trying to get into rooms you just haven't made it into yet or work with new big artists you haven't been able to link with. 

BeatVend is connecting all kinds of producers big and small and getting them in rooms with all different major artists, building their notoriety and helping connect them with A&R's through our Beat Vending Machine. ​
Once on the platform producers and loop makers can book to be a part of a variety of live sessions with different major artists. Producers & Loop Makers can select different sessions that they can enter on the BeatWebinar platform where they can submit loops and beats live to major producers working in sessions directly with major artists. BeatVend Approved Producers can interact live in the sessions, submit input on the tracks and continuously submit beats and loops throughout the session. To make your placement opportunity clearance as easy as possible we set up pre royalty term options that you select prior to each session. This ensures your receive fair compensation if your beat or loops are selected.

Approved Producers get added to the BeatVending Machine for A&R's. Have you been Cold E-Mailing A&R's, Managers, Artist E-Mails and Labels day after day hoping they finally open your E-Mail? Wondering if your loop or beat was used? Wondering how you're going to get communicate with the artist, managers and labels to get the paperwork? BeatVend provides a platform that connects vetted producers with Major A&R's using pre-approved beats with pre-selected terms through a vending machine that A&R's access regularly to find the sounds they want to match their artists, projects, tv shows, films and more! Once approved you will have access to the platform that allows you to upload different beat and loop types for specific slots in the vending machine. Pre-Selected terms ensure an easy cleared placement for you and the A&R's teams By partnering with major producers we also help get your loops in to more and more placed beats!

  • The Platform has a small review fee of only $25. This fee covers the cost of an approved producer partner to review your production to make sure it meets BeatVend's quality control standards. For A&R's to trust our system we ensure that all production goes through a review process. You are permitted to submit as many times as you want but you will have to pay the review fee each time.
